Inés is a broadly interested and curious student. She completed her undergraduate Psychology degree with a semester in Norway, where she was introduced to Norwegian culture and beautiful nature. Upon returning, she wanted to develop more within her side job as a recruiter, after which she progressed to recruitment consultant. In this role, she was a hub of clients, recruiters and students looking for jobs and this dynamic role was a learning experience. Inés has always been interested in the ins and outs of organisations, which is why she chose the master’s in Organisation and Management Studies. The Organizing for Global Social Challenges track within this master’s is right up her alley, as this track is focused on the social role that organisations can play. Besides studying, Inés does voluntary work and draws a lot of energy from her social network. In short, Inés is a busy bee who is busy exploring the world around her!
