Get-to-know
After reaching an agreement about the project proposal the project starts. A project takes on average 2 to 4 months and is done by a project team consisting of 2 to 5 students consultants.
Proposal
After the meeting, we will prepare a non-binding proposal. This project proposal contains our approach plan, methods, and a planning and pricing indication.
Kick-off project

During the project
During the project, YAG keeps the client informed of developments during the various project phases. An interim delivery can be scheduled if necessary.
Delivery
During the final delivery, the project team presents its findings. The project is delivered in a clear final report in the form of a slide deck.
Evaluation
After the final delivery, a project evaluation takes place together with the client.
